The Academic Director is the primary in charge of pre-professional events and programs within PUSO. They are the main coordinator for PUSO’s Pre-Health Conference, taking the lead in organizing keynote speakers, graduate schools guests, workshops, and all other major logistics. In addition, they are the main liaison between PUSO and FAIM (Filipino Americans in Medicine), and other professional organizations PUSO may be involved with. The Academic Director also coordinates other programs and events that aid in the educational and professional development of general members. 

ACADEMIC
DIRECTOR

The Humanitarian Director is responsible for coordinating all community volunteering events for our members to participate in. They also work alongside CHOT (Community Health Outreach Team) and CHOT Ambassadors to coordinate PUSO sponsored Seafood City Blood Pressure screenings and other related pre-health volunteer events. Any general member is able to apply for CHOT every Fall quarter.  

HUMANITARIAN
DIRECTOR

The Political Director is responsible for communicating with other organizations under the umbrella of Alyansa ng mga Kababayan. They maintain PUSO's belongings to be stored in the CCC Alyansa room. They additionally serve as the main contact for PUSO with the Cross Cultural Center. Finally, they schedule and reserve venues for all PUSO events.

POLITICAL
DIRECTOR

The Social Director is responsible for being the lead of all social boothing events like the Anteater Involvement Fair throughout the year. They are also responsible for planning General Member Retreat, facilitating Annual Beach Day, and planning other social PUSO events occurring throughout the year. They serve as a liason with other organizations on and off campus outside of Alyansa.

SOCIAL
DIRECTOR

We take minutes of every board meeting and do sign-ins at every general meeting. We ensure that all general member logisitics are taken care of by ensuring all general members paid, got their shirt, and are put into a family. We coordinate the PUSO families and count "Fam Points" every quarter for participating in any PUSO activities such as general meetings, any workshops, hangouts, etc. In collaboration with the Academic Director, we help to coordinate PHC via communication with speakers, schools, and grad students whilst arranging the event schedule and layout.

CO-SECS 

CO-SECRATARIES

 Coordinating both the HSO Long Term program and the HSO Short Term program – One Day conference in collaboration with PASS. Applying for SIAP funding for these programs via UCI's SOAR. Attending SOAR class with other outreach coordinators from different organizations in order to obtain funding. Organizing lesson plans, powerpoints, and activities for weekly sessions at Santa Ana High School. Organizing weekly meetings with the HSO Facilitators.

HSO COORD 

HIGH SCHOOL OUTREACH 

Reaching out to potential general members through public relations. Updating and publicizing the organization through social media weekly (Instagram, Facebook, this website, E-mail). Creating posters  and flyers to spread awareness of events and programs. Making and distributing quarterly PUSO Pages issues to uplift the Pilipinx/PUSO community, provide academic and pre-health guidance and reminisce on memories from the past quarter.

CO-PUBS 

CO-PUBLICITY COORDINATORS

In charge of budgeting and all reimbursements for PUSO finances. Keeps track of the cashbox and the PUSO bank account. Collaborates with the Fundraising Coordinator, especially to lead the PUSO spam musubi fundraisers! Coordinates with the Co-Secretaries to track all paid general members. Especially handles finances in terms of delegation and reserving for PUSO T-Shirts, Pre-Health Conference, and Medical Missions Gala. 

FINANCE
COORDINATOR

Works closely with the Finance Coordinator to gather funds for PUSO's immediate and future use. Takes the lead on all Spam Musubi fundraisers held on Ring Road every week! Reserves Ring Road spots quarterly for the Spam Musubi fundraisers as well as organizing off-campus fundraisers with various organizations. In charge of creating and implementing new ideas for how PUSO can make money!

FUNDRAISING
COORDINATOR

Coordinating the Annual Medical Mission Gala and other fundraising activities for the Medical Mission Scholarship. Responsible for coordinating hygiene, food and clothing medical supply drive. Establishing contact with organizations both on and off campus that conduct medical missions.

COORDINATOR

 

The intern educator is in charging of spearheading PUSO's internship program. The IE is responsible for managing intern applications and forming their year's respective intern class. Once formed, the IE will oversee intern meetings, board shadowing, and intern programs that are created.  Additionally responsible for maintaining communication between board and interns, ensuring to update board on intern progress.

HISTORIAN

The Historian is responsible for upholding alumni relations and documenting PUSO events. The historian manages alumni panel and connects PUSO alumni to current involved undergraduates. In addition, the historian works closely with the Co-Publicity Coordinators to create and manage content for PUSO throughout the year. Charged with maintaining and updating the PUSO photo archives via media taken at meetings, events, and activies.

Underclass Representative holds the responsibility of being a liaison between the underclass and upperclass general members of PUSO. They are also responsible for planning and hosting one of the main events of the year, HELLA Fun Day.  In charge of planning activities within the underclass to create and strengthen connections within the younger classes!
